Home Visit
Going off somewhere for holiday and not willing to board your pets at a petshop. We do house visit to care for your pets. They can stay at the comfort of their own home.
Pet Taxi
Pet taxi services include local pet transportation such as pick-up or drop-off  to the groomers, vets, or any other local previously arranged location. (Limited to Klang Valley & Selangor only).
Dog Walking
Too busy to bring your dogs out for their daily exercise? We offer dog walking services too!
Pet Grooming
Certified groomer to ease your burden of grooming your pets. Grooming your pets regularly allows you to catch any underlying diseases early.

Terms Of Service
50% or more of total boarding fee shall be collected to secure the date, and the remaining shall be paid upon check in.
Payments are non refundable.
Application of flea,ticks & mite prevention products is compulsory.
Cottonball Boarding reserved the right to not accept any fur kids with fleas, ticks, mites, illness, injuries and any signs of violence.
Cottonball Boarding shall not hold responsible for any lost/escaped pets, injuries or illnesses contracted during the boarding period. Therefore, any dogs prone to certain illnesses or hot tempered pet(s) should let the management know in advance to prevent this from happening.
Pet owner understands the risks involved with communal boarding of pets. Our boarding dogs play both outside and inside with other dogs. Although we will offer reasonable care, the unpredictable personality of dogs can sometimes lead to injury. Dog owner agrees that any problem that develops with their dog will be treated as deemed best by the management.
Any cost incurred as a result of seeking medical attention for the pet during its stay shall be fully reimburse by the client.
The owner hereby agrees to collect his/her pet after being informed via phone call, SMS and or Whatsapp no more than 7 days from the date of notification; after which the management reserve the rights to dispose or to give away the pet and NO compensation shall be given.
Due to the communal nature of our playgroups, and for safety/liability concerns, the management does not allow any aggressive dogs for boarding or daycare.
The Management (Cottonball Boarding) is then released of their responsibilities for the pets boarded under these terms.
All above terms must be agreed upon before boarding.
